GRAPAS INTERNATIONAL 2011
A GREAT SUCCESS.
GRAPAS INTERNATIONAL 2011 was held for the first time in Europe and in a new venue for the event. Visitors and exhibitors alike approved of the new venue and home for the exhibitions and conferences which was the Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany. The show took place from 3 – 5 May 2011.
The 2011 show proved to be a great success with both the exhibitors and visitors. Over 8000 individual industry executives came through the doors over the event time period. Many of these visitors having travelled a long way to attend the show, in all there were visitors from 118 countries.
The conferences also proved successful, these attracted over 600 delegates to the variety of conferences held during the event. GRAPAS had its own specialist conference.
The overall description for the event was high quality. The visitors undoubtedly found this with the number of exhibitors. There were a total of 150 GRAPAS exhibitors from 28 countries. The visitors also found the standard of exhibits and the selection of products and services offered by the exhibitors as excellent.

92% of the visitors confirmed they would visit the next show.
The exhibitors also found the number of visitors were good and the quality excellent. 28.8% of all the visitors were of a “director” level.
The exhibition provided the perfect platform to launch new products and services to the market.
Many new products were on show. The newly introduced GRAPAS Ingenuity Award organized by Grain & Feed Milling Technology Magazine was presented to the following:

The First Prize Winner: CPM Europe, the new product that was launched that won this award is Roll Speed Measurement.
